Here are a couple of website tools that allow you to "semi-auto" submit articles to some of the top social bookmarking sites.  Social Bookmarks and Blogs are a quick way to get your site indexed into google very quickly (sometimes in only minutes).

1.  socialmarker.com
2.  onlywire.com

Social Marker has more sites to submit to, onlywire is a little less glitchy.

If you know or have a list of other "semi-auto" article submission tools, please list them!
