There are a bunch of affiliate forums, some are worth it and some aren’t.
Some affiliate forums like this one and mine allow new program announcements,
some don't, some allow so much spam you can't find the good info because of the noise
and some even charge you to mention your program.

Google can help you find them all, then you just need to read the rules for each.
