Here in Florida, there are several big events that are held in Orlando. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to make those, yet.

Do you find the relationships that you build are far more important than the information contained in the seminars or is it about 50/50?

I know that a lot of the "gurus" keep their best secrets close to the vest, but some good information has been imparted at some of these events (like blog and ping, when NO one really knew about it).

Thanks,

Its very important to go to a lot of the smaller conferences and meetings.
Thats where i find that you get the best info and build up the relationships you were talking about.

I was thinking of hitting the Aff summit bars in Vegas on the first night of the conference, but not attending the conference itself -- it is looking like I won't bother at this point, unless enough worthwhile people are there. I'm just there to meet and quickly exchange ideas to keep the communication channels open. One of my employees (Blumey) will be at the conference itself on Monday though.
