I was looking over adtoll site and i signed up and ive been checking it out but it seems a bit confuseing they say they have ppc but it mostly looks like cpm to me and all the sites i could find look pretty crapy to be honest lol.

Have anyone here used it that can give me some tips, or reccomend a betetr ppc advertiser that accepts paypal   Tongue
