When are they adding whatever you make in performance incentive to your account?

I sold enough for a merchant in august to get $$ from their performance incentive, but I haven't seen anything added to my account yet.

No shit - have you ever tried getting someone from their support department to do anything? 

The Kaptain hasn't been credited his from last month yet either though if that makes you feel any better.
