Finding Small Business Owners

I am looking for websites and other high traffic areas that have a high percentage of their visitors being business owners.  The service my company provides is specific for small business owners.  Of course, finding affiliates that have websites with this traffic is a tough thing to do.

Aside from typing "small business" into google and sifting through all 8 billion results, Are there any ways I can affiliates that have small business owner traffic?
