Are these markets tapped?

It seems like every guestbook has a link to a ringtone .info site.
Isn't there software to make your own now?

But what about cell offers?

I have often wondered the same.
Alternatively I can only imagine how rich some people are getting off of other cell ventures, such as "Joke of the Day." Ironically, some people pay aprox. $30/month for these services.

this is a dying market for sure, but well - while it's alive I'll be hard earning my bucks from those strange lead programs where they can afford paying me 15$ / lead
